"The software developed by Priority Consult for the St. John Health Breast Care Program has proven itself to be so valuable in numerous ways. As a system of hospitals, cancer centers and breast/mammography centers, Priority Consult supports us in obtaining current and consistent data on our patients and the services that are being provided at all locations. We have been able to track our designated quality indicators and can identify opportunities for improvement in real time. Our team of Breast Care Coordinators and Nurse Navigators has a system where they track and monitor each patient so there is no chance of a patient getting lost to follow-up. Our physicians and other clinicians have a database filled with pertinent patient information that can be used for retrospective analysis and potentially prospective evaluation for future clinical research activities. Before our commitment to Priority Consult, I had evaluated a number of other breast care software packages, but nothing came close to the capability of this software to facilitate the goals and objectives of our Breast Care Program."

Streamlined Approach to Monitoring and Tracking Patients
"Priority Consult Breast Care has given me a more streamlined approach to monitoring and tracking patients. Having an electronic system that shows me when my patients will undergo biopsies and gives me access to the pathology once it has been received has been a great benefit. The system helps me identify any delays in patient care, as well as the reason for the delay, without me having to make numerous phone calls. I can view real-time status on all of my patients whether they are awaiting imaging, having a biopsy, awaiting surgery or undergoing chemotherapy.
